Techaide<\/strong> is excited to invite you to a friendly beach volleyball tournament on Wednesday August 20th<\/strong> at Plage Celtique (10555 Ave de Bois-de-Boulogne, Montreal, QC H4N 1L4). <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the success of the first three editions of the tournament last summer, we\u2019re now ready to welcome even more teams and to double the fun! We\u2019re looking forward to reconnect with Montreal\u2019s Tech industry and raise money for a good cause while having some good time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For this fourth edition, we\u2019re aiming to have 18 teams. Teams have to be mixed and made up of 4 players with up to 4 substitutes. You should have at least one female player on the field at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All proceeds from the tournament will go to the Techaide<\/a> initiative to give back to Centraide of Greater Montreal<\/a>, in support of the 350 local agencies that fight poverty and social exclusion every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All donations of $20 or more are eligible for a tax receipt<\/strong>. This receipt will be issued in the name of the person or company that registered the donation. Registration No.: 11884 2517 RR0001.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fundraising<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To participate in the tournament, each team is then encouraged to organize a\u00a0fundraising campaign<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0with a minimum of $1,000 or more. The funds raised are donated directly to Centraide of Greater Montreal. To help you, feel free to review the\u00a0tips and tricks for successful fundraising<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
