Registration & Donations
What is the deadline for registration?
Teams can register online until April 30th via the Techaide website. Please note that the places are limited to 32 teams, so register as soon as possible!
How can we donate to participate in the tournament?
You can make a donation to the tournament via the donation form by selecting the “Donate” and then “To the general campaign” or “To a team or individual” to associate your donation to a particular team or person.
Can we make donations on the day-of? Do you take cash?
Of course! Donations on site are possible. The Centraide team will be there to accept them. You can make donations by card via Square, check, or cash.
What is the difference between the recreational and the competitive division?
The recreational division is for all soccer enthusiasts of a novice nature, with soccer experience or not. Just for fun is the mission.. The competitive division is for teams that have significant player experience. Passionate to excel and win. .
Does the entry include food and drinks?
Snacks, drinks and bottles of water will be available during the day.
If I don’t have a team from my company, how can I participate?
Send us an email at contact@Techaidemontreal.org! We can match you up with a team that is already formed or, if there are enough people, we can regroup the individuals into a team of their own.
I don’t want to play but I want to help! Are you looking for volunteers?

Are the tickets refundable if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, no, as it is a donation. However, you will still receive the tax receipt associated with the purchase.
Will I receive a tax receipt?
Absolutely! A tax receipt will be automatically issued by Centraide of Greater Montreal by email. If you haven’t received it yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Will there be a locker room on site to change and store personal items?
Yes! There will be two locker rooms on site. However, padlocks are the responsibility of the players.
The event says that the team must be mixed. What is the M-F ratio?
A team must have a minimum of one (1) female and one (1) male to be eligible in the tournament. Each team must have at least 1 female / male on the field at all times.
Number of players per team?
There are 7 players on the field with a max of 5 replacements for a total of 12 players.
Duration of the games?
15 minutes during the round robin and 25 minutes during the semi-finals and finals. All teams play during the round robin and semi-finals.
When do the games start?
The tournament will start at 9AM and finish before 5PM.
You can arrive on site as early as 8AM.
Location: Claude Robillard Sports Complex.
What kind of footwear should we wear?
Outdoor: Regular soccer cleats
ATTENTION: No metal spikes or aluminum cleats will be tolerated. Ideally, this surface calls for mini-cleats.
What is the goal size?
The goals are 11’ x 6’5”. They are a bit larger than handball goals.
Are supporters allowed to attend?
There are no stands, but players can be accompanied by fellow colleagues and family as fans.
