Techaide is excited to invite you to a friendly beach volleyball tournament on August 24th at Plage Celtique (10555 Ave de Bois-de-Boulogne, Montreal, QC H4N 1L4). 

Following the success of the first edition of the tournament last summer, we’re now ready to welcome even more teams and to double the fun! We’re looking forward to reconnect with Montreal’s Tech industry and raise money for a good cause while having some good time.

For this second edition, we’re aiming to have 20 teams. Teams have to be mixed and made up of 4 players with up to 4 substitutes. You should have at least one female player on the field at all times.

All proceeds from the tournament will go to the Techaide initiative to give back to Centraide of Greater Montreal, in support of the 350 local agencies that fight poverty and social exclusion every day.

All donations of $20 or more are eligible for a tax receipt. This receipt will be issued in the name of the person or company that registered the donation. Registration No.: 11884 2517 RR0001.

Fundraising

To participate in the tournament, each team is then encouraged to organize a fundraising campaign with a goal of $1,000 or more. The funds raised are donated directly to Centraide of Greater Montreal. To help you, feel free to review the tips and tricks for successful fundraising.
